The Need
Smirnoff was facing a highly competitve market within bars across the nation, and needed a campaign that would quickly boost on-premise liquor sales.
The Solution
AMH&E worked with a top New York City public relations firm to create two campaigns: one was called "Smirnoff Makes You a Star" and the other was a "Best Bartender" contest. Both contests were aimed at generating on-premise excitement at bars in cities across the nation.
The Result
The strategy worked. Sales of Smirnoff by the case rose steadily and remained high at the locations where these promotions were held.
